In additional to storage, you will be offering customers the possibility to move long distance with the CUBES. Apart from the storage and transportation revenue both at point of origin and at destination, the Franchisees will enjoy revenue derived from the sales of moving service.

ZipCubes' affiliate, will centrally perform the administration and tracking of all long distance moves, so you do not need expertise inthe intricacies of long distance moving to sell the service to your customers.

Advertising & Marketing Support

We will consult with you on proven advertising and marketing strategies that have yielded results.

Through our Marketing Manual we will give you a library of materials and information to implement at your fingertips.

Training & Operational Support

You will receive extensive training coverall all elements of establishing and running your portable self-pack storage business. Training takes place at our San Francisco headquarters and onsite at your business location.

Ongoing support is always available to franchisees on any of the details involved in operating and marketing your business.

All Francisees will be invited to participate in or weekly roundtable conference calls and to go to our annual Francisee meetings where the business model will be discussed and ideas shared to enhance the franchise network.

Engineered, Interchangeable & Collapsible Steel CUBES

All ZipCubes facilities use only 5' x 8' x 7' steel storage CUBES specifically designed and manufactured for ZipCubes. The units have large logos on two sides with toll free numbers. As all Franchisees will be renting the same type of CUBES from the Franchisor, the units can be interchanged freely between Franchisees. This is especially important for the moving service.

The units are collapsible and in case of a surplus situation can be moved to a deficit area by ZipCubes.

The Franchisee will be required to rent a minimum number of CUBES based on the population in the Franchisee's territory.

Fully Customizable Local Website

You will be provided with a customizable multi-page website specifically designed for your market and to use in your local online marketing. In addition, the nationally promoted web portal, www.zipcubes.com, will provide customers with information about the service and they will be able to link directly to your local website.
